gr\u00f8nne og n\u00e6sten vedligeholdelsesfrie sommerhus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arkitektparret Lotte og Peter Foght-S\u00f8rensen fra AART \u00f8nskede et enkelt og stemningsfuldt sommerhus p\u00e5 deres naturgrund ved Skuldelev \u00c5s n\u00e6r Roskilde Fjord. Et hus til familien. Placeret i en lille lysning i skoven med udsigt op ad \u00e5sen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med m\u00f8rkegr\u00f8nne st\u00e5lprofiler p\u00e5 b\u00e5de tag og facade er sommerhuset skabt til stedet. De ens materialer p\u00e5 de lodrette facader og det 15 grader skr\u00e5nende tag giver huset et roligt, skulpturelt udtryk, der falder naturligt ind i den idylliske skovlysning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valget af st\u00e5l handler ogs\u00e5 om minimal vedligeholdelse. Fordi huset ligger i skoven, vil alger og begroning med tiden blive en naturlig del af overfladen. P\u00e5 den gr\u00f8nne bekl\u00e6dning bliver patineringen ikke et problem, men en kvalitet, der f\u00e5r huset til at h\u00f8re endnu mere til i omgivelserne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den kraftige pandeplade gjorde det samtidig muligt at arbejde med samme profil i perforeret udgave til st\u00e5lporte og ventileret udhus. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de f\u00e5r huset et samlet udtryk \u2013 med en diskret reference til de traditionelle landbrugsbygninger med pandeplader, som ogs\u00e5 findes i omr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Udvendigt st\u00e5r huset i m\u00f8rkegr\u00f8nt st\u00e5l. Indvendigt og p\u00e5 terrassen er overfladerne holdt i lyst tr\u00e6 og gr\u00e5 nuancer. Enkle materialer. Minimal vedligeholdelse.
