class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaliforniensvej med st\u00e6rk kontrast i materialerne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bygherre Oliver Campbell-Calder er projektchef p\u00e5 Det Kongelige Teater og har blandt andet st\u00e5et bag den anmelderroste ops\u00e6tning af <em>Kong Arthur<\/em> p\u00e5 Moesgaard i Aarhus. Han er vant til store scenerier, og det m\u00e6rkes ogs\u00e5 i ombygningen af hans private bolig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det oprindelige hus p\u00e5 Kaliforniensvej var et lille, r\u00f8dt murstenshus i \u00e9t plan. I dag er det forvandlet til en markant bolig i to etager med en ny tilbygning, hvor b\u00e5de proportioner og materialer er valgt med sikker h\u00e5nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oliver Campbell-Calder har selv v\u00e6ret t\u00e6t involveret i de kreative valg og i arbejdet med husets udtryk. Projektet er udviklet i samarbejde med arkitekt Hans Christian Caspersen, som har v\u00e6ret med til at oms\u00e6tte id\u00e9erne til en gennemf\u00f8rt arkitektonisk helhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontraster med pr\u00e6cis virkning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Facaden er udf\u00f8rt i Thermo Wood, taget i tagpap, mens tilbygningen er bekl\u00e6dt med Nordic Klikfals. Klikfalsen med designspor giver facaden ekstra relief og tilf\u00f8rer den nye bygningsdel et tydeligt grafisk pr\u00e6g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e6rligt samspillet mellem retningerne giver huset karakter. Facadetr\u00e6et er monteret vandret, mens st\u00e5lprofilerne og tagpappet st\u00e5r lodret. Det skaber en sp\u00e6nding i udtrykket, som bliver underst\u00f8ttet af kontrasten mellem farver og materialer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaliforniensvej st\u00e5r i dag som en ombygning med b\u00e5de mod og pr\u00e6cision.
