class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prisvindende b\u00f8rnehus med lavt klimaaftryk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Byggeriet Specialb\u00f8rnehaven Himmelhuset i Helsing\u00f8r vandt \u00c5rets Byggeri 2022 i kategorien \u00c5ben. Projektet er opf\u00f8rt med et dokumenteret CO2-aftryk p\u00e5 4,7 kg\/m\u00b2\/\u00e5r og ligger dermed markant under det krav p\u00e5 maksimalt 12 kg\/m\u00b2\/\u00e5r, der tr\u00e5dte i kraft i 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helsing\u00f8r Kommune har opf\u00f8rt institutionen i samarbejde med CanByg. Fra begyndelsen har der v\u00e6ret fokus p\u00e5 at skabe et byggeri med lav klimabelastning, som samtidig giver trygge og velfungerende rammer for b\u00f8rnene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taget er bekl\u00e6dt med Nordic Klikfals i GreenCoat\u00ae-st\u00e5l fra SSAB. Profilet giver Himmelhuset en rolig og elegant tagflade, der passer til byggeriets arkitektur og h\u00f8je ambitionsniveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">St\u00e5l med lang levetid og dokumenteret kvalitet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GreenCoat\u00ae-st\u00e5l anvendes bredt til tag- og facadel\u00f8sninger, hvor der er behov for holdbarhed, vejrbestandighed og et pr\u00e6cist arkitektonisk udtryk. I farvebel\u00e6gningen er en del af den traditionelle fossile olie erstattet af svensk rapsolie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nordic Klikfals har skjult bef\u00e6stning og kr\u00e6ver minimal vedligeholdelse. Profilet er desuden testet ved Teknologisk Institut og kan modst\u00e5 vindhastigheder op til orkanstyrke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DS St\u00e5lprofil har opn\u00e5et Cradle to Cradle Certified\u00ae Bronze p\u00e5 hovedproduktgruppen af st\u00e5lprofiler til tag- og facadebekl\u00e6dning. Det er relevant i projekter som Himmelhuset, hvor materialevalg, levetid og dokumentation indg\u00e5r som en del af den samlede vurdering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 Himmelhuset er st\u00e5ltaget med til at give b\u00f8rnene et sikkert tag over hovedet. Samtidig viser projektet, hvordan institutionsbyggeri kan forene arkitektonisk kvalitet med et dokumenteret fokus p\u00e5 klimaaftryk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex
