Byggeriet har opn\u00e5et DGNB Gold Heart-certificering og viser, hvordan et moderne erhvervsbyggeri kan forene funktion, form og dokumenterede ambitioner for ansvarligt byggeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DS St\u00e5lprofil har leveret st\u00e5ltag til projektet i Nordic Klikfals af GreenCoat\u00ae-st\u00e5l fra SSAB. Tagbekl\u00e6dningen bidrager med et roligt og pr\u00e6cist udtryk, der passer til bygningens arkitektoniske linjer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Domicilet har modtaget Randers Kommunes Arkitekturpris 2023, og det er let at forst\u00e5 hvorfor. Bygningen fremst\u00e5r som et gennemarbejdet eksempel p\u00e5 moderne domicilarkitektur, hvor materialerne spiller flot sammen b\u00e5de ude og inde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materialer valgt med omtanke<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CEBRA arkitekter har designet projektet for Danish Crown. If\u00f8lge arkitekterne underst\u00f8tter bygnings- og landskabsdesignet et aktivitetsbaseret arbejdsmilj\u00f8 med fokus p\u00e5 medarbejdernes fysiske, mentale og sociale trivsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De vifteformede bygningsfl\u00f8je optimerer dagslysforholdene ved arbejdsstationer og f\u00e6llesomr\u00e5der. Samtidig giver den forskudte komposition udsigt til det \u00e5bne landskab fra store dele af bygningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tagbekl\u00e6dningen er valgt med fokus p\u00e5 lang levetid, minimal vedligeholdelse og et st\u00e6rkt visuelt udtryk.
