Projektet rummer 383 boliger, hyggelige g\u00e5rdmilj\u00f8er og f\u00e6lles tagterrasser, der inviterer beboerne til at m\u00f8des p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naboskabet er t\u00e6nkt ind som en naturlig del af byggeriet. Gangbroer mellem de forskellige tagterrasser skaber forbindelse mellem bygningerne, mens de f\u00e6lles udearealer giver plads til ophold, udsyn og hverdagsliv i h\u00f8jden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arkitektonisk tager K\u00f8hlers Have afs\u00e6t i den klassiske k\u00f8benhavnerkarr\u00e9, men med et nutidigt udtryk.
