sommerhus med respekt for den oprindelige arkitektur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I det nordtyske sommerhusomr\u00e5de Damp ligger Triangle House: et sommerhus fra 1972, der for nylig gennemgik en renovering. Men hvordan renoverer du et trekantet sommerhus, hvor formen i sig selv er hele fort\u00e6llingen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svaret ligger i en renovering med respekt for husets arkitektoniske id\u00e9 og en videreudvikling af husets enkle materialer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tr\u00e6 og st\u00e5l i farver, der spiller sammen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arkitekt Valentin Rimpf, fra Rimpf Arkitektur &amp; Generalplanung, ville med renoveringen bevare husets oprindelige \u00e5nd og samtidig skabe et nutidigt feriested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">&#8220;Tr\u00e6, farver og enkle materialer har pr\u00e6get huset i mere end halvtreds \u00e5r. Disse elementer \u00f8nskede vi ikke at udskifte, men bevidst videreudvikle,&#8221; fort\u00e6ller Valentin Rimpf<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Til taget valgte arkitekten Nordic Klikfals 475 i farven Dark Silver, som komplementerer den vandrette facadebekl\u00e6dning i l\u00e6rketr\u00e6 i svensk r\u00f8d. Kombinationen, hvor st\u00e5l og tr\u00e6 arbejder sammen, giver huset et tidl\u00f8st og eksklusivt udtryk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Renoveringsprojekter med (trekantet) karakter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Renoveringen af Triangle House stillede krav til fleksibilitet og pr\u00e6cision, og designfriheden ved st\u00e5lprofiler matchede derfor godt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e5lprofiler egner sig s\u00e6rligt godt til renoveringsprojekter, da den hurtige og enkle montering sparer mange timers arbejde. Den korte leveringstid g\u00f8r renoveringsprojekter kortere og giver mulighed for at bestille senere i byggeprocessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For arkitekt, Valentin Rimpf, var st\u00e5lprofilernes holdbarhed og lange levetid afg\u00f8rende for at valget faldt p\u00e5 dem. Nordic Klikfals er lavet af GreenCoat\u00ae-st\u00e5l, som har h\u00f8j modstandsdygtighed. Profilerne er derfor ikke bare et arkitektonisk flot og overbevisende valg men ogs\u00e5 et langsigtet valg til det trekantede hus ved \u00d8sters\u00f8en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mere plads, mere lys, samme form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Som en del af renoveringen blev det 71 kvadratmeter store hus forl\u00e6nget med to fag mod nord. Planl\u00f8sningen blev \u00e6ndret, s\u00e5 opholdsrummet nu fremst\u00e5r lyst og \u00e5bent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r du tr\u00e6der ind i Triangle House, bev\u00e6ger blikket sig naturligt langs de skr\u00e5 tr\u00e6v\u00e6gge og op mod loftets spids. Husets karakteristiske tr\u00e6konstruktion med synlige sp\u00e6r st\u00e5r stadig som husets rygrad. Men de enkle materialer er videreudviklet, og i dag st\u00e5r et moderne sommerhus med sj\u00e6l og historie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se f\u00f8r- og efterbillederne neden under.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
