Det tidligere hus med gule mursten og r\u00f8de teglsten er blevet gennemrenoveret og forvandlet til Tee15 \u2013 en eksklusiv villa, der danner ramme om businessophold i HimmerLand Resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forvandlingen er til at f\u00e5 \u00f8je p\u00e5. De oprindelige mursten p\u00e5 facaden er erstattet af tr\u00e6bekl\u00e6dning, mens de r\u00f8de teglsten p\u00e5 taget har gjort plads til Nordic Klikfals 475. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den m\u00f8rke st\u00e5lbekl\u00e6dning st\u00e5r i elegant kontrast til tr\u00e6ets varme udtryk og giver samtidig bygningen et markant, nutidigt pr\u00e6g. De lange linjer i Klikfals-profilerne understreger tagets form og er med til at samle villaens arkitektur i et enkelt udtryk, der passer godt ind i omgivelserne ved den prestigefyldte golfbane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">St\u00e5lprofiler giver nyt spil til den klassiske villa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En gennemgribende renovering beh\u00f8ver ikke at viske bygningens historie v\u00e6k.
