p\u00e5 Tr\u00f8jborg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvor der tidligere var fabriksbygninger, skyder Willemoesgadekarr\u00e9en nu op midt p\u00e5 Tr\u00f8jborg i Aarhus \u2013 som et nyt boligkvarter. Boligkvarteret best\u00e5r af syv etageblokke med i alt 116 lejligheder, der varierer fra \u00e9t til fire v\u00e6relser og fra ca. 25 til 108 m\u00b2. Under bebyggelsen ligger en P-k\u00e6lder i to plan, mens der ovenp\u00e5 er etableret en g\u00e5rdhave i flere niveauer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 toppen af karr\u00e9en er valgt Nordic Klikfals 475. St\u00e5lprofilerne er udf\u00f8rt i GreenCoat Pural BT Mat i teglr\u00f8d og en specialfarve, som bygherre selv har f\u00e5et malet. De varme farver spiller sammen med facaderne og er med til at give karr\u00e9en karakter, samtidig med at de falder naturligt ind i bybilledet. DS St\u00e5lprofil har i \u00f8vrigt leveret indd\u00e6kninger til projektet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bebyggelsen varierer fra tre til seks etager og f\u00f8lger terr\u00e6net med flere niveauspring. Det giver kvarteret et levende og varieret udtryk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutidige boliger med st\u00e5l p\u00e5 toppen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Projektet er udviklet med fokus p\u00e5 at skabe et nyt boligkvarter, der stadig bevarer de historiske spor fra de tidligere fabriksbygninger. Arkitekter fra Sweco Architects og CEBRA har arbejdet med transformationen af de tidligere fabriksbygninger og med at f\u00f8re stedets s\u00e6rlige karakter videre i de nye bygninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her passer Nordic Klikfals naturligt ind. Profilet har skjult bef\u00e6stning og giver rene flader uden synlige skruer.
