Vi har stillet ham tre sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l for at give dig et indblik i hans hverdag, og hvad der g\u00f8r jobbet sp\u00e6ndende. L\u00e6s herunder, og l\u00e6r Mads lidt bedre at kende!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvad er det mest sp\u00e6ndende ved dit arbejde hos DS St\u00e5lprofil?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dDet er at hj\u00e6lpe med at spille mine kollegaer gode. Enten med sparring om, hvordan vi h\u00e5ndterer et konkret problem, men is\u00e6r ogs\u00e5 med at udvikle vores systemer, s\u00e5 de er mere effektive, og s\u00e5 vi kan bruge vores tid p\u00e5 det \u201drigtige\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg synes, der er god frihed til udvikling af vores drift \u2013 b\u00e5de gennem effektiviseringer af processer, men ogs\u00e5 til udvikling af nye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I sidste ende handler det om, at vi leverer produkter, som lever op til kundens, men ogs\u00e5 vores egne forventninger.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan har du udviklet dig personligt og fagligt i din tid her?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dJeg kom fra en helt anden branche end st\u00e5l-\u201dverdenen\u201d, s\u00e5 det bet\u00f8d l\u00e6ring om nye produkter, begreber og standarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heldigvis har jeg gode kollegaer, som har hjulpet mig, og som ikke har rettet alt for meget p\u00e5 mig, n\u00e5r jeg ikke har kunnet de rigtige begreber. Der er ogs\u00e5 en god dialog om udviklingsmuligheder \u2013 hvis du har interessen, og det giver v\u00e6rdi for DS, s\u00e5 er der stor frihed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derfor studerer jeg p\u00e5 Aarhus Universitet ved siden af jobbet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvad er den sjoveste eller mest mindev\u00e6rdige oplevelse du har haft i din tid hos DS St\u00e5lprofil?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dVi var fornyelig p\u00e5 firmatur til Hamborg, hvor der b\u00e5de var fagligt indhold og social hygge med kollegaer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det var en god tur, hvor vi
