I dag er hun logistikelev og arbejder som k\u00f8rselsplanl\u00e6gger \u2013 en beslutning, hun ikke har fortrudt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rikke er 31 \u00e5r og bor i Viborg med sin mand og to b\u00f8rn p\u00e5 3 og 4,5 \u00e5r. Hendes mors familie kommer fra Hobro, og derfor havde hun kendskab til DS-koncernen, inden hun s\u00f8gte stillingen som logistikelev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En baggrund, der blev en styrke<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dJeg s\u00f8gte en del job, inden jeg s\u00e5 stillingen her, men alle stederne blev jeg bare stemplet som landmand og fik ikke en chance. Hvis jeg gerne vil udvikle mig og pr\u00f8ve nye ting, bliver jeg bakket op,\u201d siger hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vejen til logistik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selvom Rikke er uddannet landmand, har hun l\u00e6nge dr\u00f8mt om at f\u00e5 et kontorjob, hvor hun ikke skulle v\u00e6re i produktion hele dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dJeg n\u00e5ede faktisk at give op p\u00e5 stillingen, fordi der gik ret lang tid, uden jeg h\u00f8rte noget. Men s\u00e5 ringede Rasmus Revsb\u00e6k Hansen og inviterede mig til samtale. Efter et par samtaler fik jeg stillingen. Det var en sejr!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rikke blev kastet ud i opgaverne fra f\u00f8rste dag \u2013 naturligvis med st\u00f8tte og sidemandsopl\u00e6ring undervejs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dMan f\u00e5r lov til at pr\u00f8ve alt det, man har mod p\u00e5, og det er virkelig fedt. Jeg har fundet ud af, at jeg l\u00e6rer bedst ved at f\u00e5 opgaverne i h\u00e6nderne, og det har der v\u00e6ret mulighed for her.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et st\u00e6rkt kollegaskab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Overgangen fra produktion til kontormilj\u00f8 var en stor forandring, men Rikke f\u00f8lte sig hurtigt velkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dJeg f\u00f8ler mig ikke som \u2019eleven\u2019. Vi er meget ligev\u00e6rdige, og jeg har det godt med alle. Det er dejligt, at der ikke bliver peget fingre, hvis jeg beg\u00e5r en fejl. Den p\u00e5tager vi os sammen som team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dVi sidder heldigvis heller ikke kun ned hele dagen. N\u00e5r hun ser fremad, er \u00f8nsket klart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jeg h\u00e5ber, at jeg kan forts\u00e6tte hos DS St\u00e5lprofil, n\u00e5r uddannelsen er f\u00e6rdig. Jeg trives rigtig godt, og der er stadig meget, jeg gerne vil l\u00e6re.&#8221; Historien om Rikke viser, at der er mange veje ind i en karriere hos DS St\u00e5lprofil.
