Steel profiles on terraced houses
In Sofiendal Enge in Aalborg SV, the first 26 homes are taking shape as part of a larger project consisting of a total of 96 homes. The development strikes a balance between classic style and modern functionality, with a focus on light, space, and proximity to nature.
The homes, which consist of both apartments and terraced houses, are equipped with spacious balconies and terraces that invite natural light and the scenic surroundings right inside. As part of the overall design, DS Nordic Click Seam 475 has been chosen for the facades, carports, and several other details. The anthracite-grey steel cladding creates a timeless look and harmonises beautifully with the surroundings.
Materials that create cohesion
With a focus on detail, the facade cladding is not just an aesthetic choice but also a practical solution that ensures durability and low maintenance. DS Nordic Click Seam in anthracite with the GreenCoat® Pural BT Matte surface treatment provides an exclusive and calm matte appearance that supports the classic lines of the building. The orientation towards the west, where light and nature play key roles, is emphasised by the carefully considered material choices.
Located at Sofiendal Enge, with views of a beautiful lake and the changing colours of nature, the project demands high-quality materials. The choice of steel profiles is ideal here, as they can withstand the changing weather conditions while maintaining their visual quality year after year.
Simplicity and quality in harmony
Our steel profiles, which are Cradle-to-Cradle® Certified Bronze, have been used to unify the entire project through details on carports, fences, etc. The combination of quality, functionality, and visual cohesion makes the steel profiles a solid choice for projects seeking a durable and stylish result.
